Standard Terms & Conditions.

  1. Payment is due within the payment terms stated on the invoice.
  2. Please quote the invoice number as the payment reference.
  3. Overdue invoices may incur a £50 administration fee, statutory interest and compensation under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
  4. Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full based on the agreed minimum booking.
  5. Additional hours, waiting time and agreed expenses including tolls, parking and ferries will be charged.
  6. Customers must provide accurate booking details, suitable access and a safe loading/unloading environment.
  7. SC Transport Services is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather, breakdowns or other circumstances beyond our control.
  8. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services where invoices remain unpaid.
  9. Acceptance of our quotation, booking or services constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
